Clothing Commissions:◉ Custom outfits can be requested upon inquiry. Please provide as many details and examples as you can when ordering custom clothing including but not limited to: Color Palette, Theme/Style, Accessories, ETC. Custom outfit orders only feature clothing, accessories, and footwear on a mannequin base.◉ I will send sketches and updates on the progress of the outfit design. There will not be any changes made once the design is finalized. When the outfit is completed, you will receive a lined and flat colored image.◉ Custom outfit commissions can be drawn on one of three base options: Chibi, Standard, Custom.
-Chibi Base: Starting from 5.00 EURO.
-Standard Base: Starting from 10.00 EURO.
-Custom Pose Base: Starting from 20.00 EURO.◉ Complex designs will be an additional fee of a minimum of 5.00-10.00+ EURO. Designs deemed as complex are highly detailed and will take longer. Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, and adjacent designs will be automatically charged at an additional fee of 25.00-30.00 EURO. Ask me for my simple vs complex design examples.◉ Extra design features such as wings, horns, tail, etc. is an additional fee starting at 5.00 EURO.

Standard Custom Character Commission:◉ Custom character commissions are drawn by default on the Standard base unless a custom pose is requested at an additional fee of 10.00 EURO. Ordering a custom character will include: Fullbody Artwork, Hairstyle, Character Appearance (Skin Color, Hair Color, Eye Color, Makeup, ETC), Custom Outfit, and Color Palette Swatch. Please provide clear examples for the character’s hair, skin, eye color. Other details and references are required including but not limited to: Clothing, Accessories, Footwear, Tattoos, ETC.◉ Custom Character commissions can be drawn on one of two base options: Standard and Custom.
-Standard Base: Starting from 20.00 EURO.
-Custom Base: Starting from 30.00 EURO.◉ I will send sketches and updates of the progress of the character and outfit design. There will not be any changes made once the design is finalized. When the commission is completed, you will receive a lined and shaded image with the color palette swatch included.◉ Complex designs will be an additional fee of a minimum of 5.00-10.00+ EURO. Designs deemed as complex are highly detailed and will take longer. I. General Terms and Conditions:
◉ By ordering a commission, you hereby acknowledge and agree to ALL facets of the Terms of Service agreement.◉ My Terms of Service and prices are subject to change.◉ I reserve the right to decline a commission order request without explanation.◉ You may request a finished commission not to be posted publicly. Please make sure to specify this in the beginning of our collaboration.◉ DO: Any Fandom, Original Characters, Canon Characters, OC x Canon, OC x OC.◉ MAYBE: Mild NSFW, Gore, Furry/Anthro, Custom Species. Ask me for more information.◉ DON'T: Hate Speech, Extreme NSFW, Illegal Items/Actions, ETC. Or Anything I’m not comfortable with/deem problematic.II. Payment and Refunds:
◉ All payments will be handled through Paypal invoice unless under special circumstances. All prices and payments are in EURO.◉ Full payment amount will be required and requested before I start on the order.◉ No refunds unless I have to cancel the commission order for unforeseeable circumstances. Orders can be canceled before payment is sent.◉ Commission prices are non-negotiable and discounts will not be offered unless explicitly stated by me.III. Commission Ordering and Process:
◉ I accept both written and visual reference examples for custom designs and regular artworks. Clear visual references in the form of images with descriptions are preferred. You, as the commissioner, are responsible for the quality of your references. Reference images must be clear and labeled accordingly.◉ Written descriptions for custom character designs and regular artworks with no visual representation will take longer and have an additional fee of +40% of the price due to transforming a text-only based example into an artwork.◉ Visit the “How to Order” section for the commission ordering form. I will not accept any commission requests that are not explicitly written in the format I ask for.◉ Once your commission form has been reviewed and accepted, I will contact you with the details about the total price of what you’ve asked for. This will be followed by a Paypal invoice with the discussed pricing.◉ If you want the commission done by a specific date, you must specify this before payment and a priority fee of +50% of the original price will be applied.◉ After payment, I will begin the initial sketch process. You will be provided a watermarked image of the sketch for approval. Any additional WIP (work in progress) images of the commission can be requested at any time.◉ The first three changes or alterations to the sketch are free of charge. Any additional major revisions to the design or pose will be an extra fee, starting at +15% of the original commission price.◉ In the event your commission has taken longer than 8 weeks and you haven’t received any updates, you may contact me and ask for commission updates. Please DO NOT send daily messages asking about updates for your commission.IV. Copyright and Usage:
◉ I retain full and exclusive rights/ownership to all artwork and designs commissioned. The client MAY NOT claim it as their own or use it for anything other than PERSONAL usage unless EXCLUSIVELY PURCHASED via commercial rights. (See next bullet point for commercial pricing.)◉ Exclusive COMMERCIAL RIGHTS can be purchased from me at any time. The commercial usage fee will be +300% of the original commission price. Commercial rights can be defined as “permission to monetise it, either through sales, licensing, reproduction, distribution, public display, or other means that might generate revenue.”◉ You MAY NOT directly edit or change any commissioned artworks purchased from me without my explicit permission. Should the client make unauthorized edits or changes to the finished artwork, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive COMMERCIAL RIGHTS and charge the standard commercial fee per artwork.◉ All designs, sketches, or elements created before client approval belong to me. I reserve the right to re-use them with modifications so that they do not resemble finalized paid commissions -- the client DOES NOT have permission or authorization to use any materials shown during the sketch or design development phase that aren’t used in the final design. The commissioner only retains the rights to the APPROVED / FINAL design.◉ I reserve the right to promote myself and to display all commissioned works on any website or platform unless explicitly stated by the commissioner (refer to “General Terms and Conditions.”)◉ The WATERMARKED version of the final commission can be reposted by the commissioner with proper credit given to me as the artist. DO NOT alter, replace, or remove my watermark/signature on any commissioned artwork you receive from me.◉ ALL commissioned artwork MAY NOT be used for NFT / blockchain purposes OR be uploaded, used, or fed to any AI website or application. If any of my copyrighted property is used for these purposes, it will be reported to the proper authorities and legal action may be taken.
